Q: Do you gift wrap and how much do you charge?
A: Any merchandise you purchase through us can be gift wrapped free of charge. Just ask.

Q: Do you have lay-away?
A: YES! Our lay-away program is a same-as-cash purchase option. Lay-away requires a minimum down payment,  regular monthly payments and has a 6 month time limit. There are no fees or finance charges with our lay-away program. With our lay-away program we keep your merchandise until it is paid in full but will hold it to prevent another person from purchasing the item. If you consistently fail to make monthly payments despite our friendly reminders your merchandise could be returned to stock.

 Q: How much do you charge for engraving?
A: Our giftware and picture frames include free engraving for a name and/or date; additional charges may apply for anything beyond a name and date. For trophies, plaques, other merchandise purchased from us and products purchased elsewhere, engraving prices vary depending on the complexity of the job. For a quote please come in to discuss your project with us. If you want something engraved that you purchased elsewhere, please bring it with you for a more accurate price.

Q: Can you add a logo to engraving?
A: Yes, we have thousands of logos that can be placed on your engraving. We also have other special characters and pictures that can be added.

Q: What are the different fonts available for engraving?
A: Our engraver will typically choose a font that compliments the piece, however you can choose a font. We have 15 different fonts to choose from which are similar to standard computer fonts (Times, Old English, Arial, etc). If you’d like to choose a specific font, please come in and see us.

Q: How long does engraving take?
A: Engraving time varies depending on many factors. In most cases we will be able to complete engraving work within 1 to 3 days. Large orders and custom work (such as plaques and trophies) will take longer. We recommend these types of orders be placed well ahead of your event to ensure timely completion of the work.

 Q: How long does it take to complete a repair?
A: Repair time varies depending on many factors including the type of repair. For jewelry cleaning service please allow at least a few hours and remember that leaving it longer allows more time for our cleaner to work its magic. Repairs such as new watch pins, bands, & batteries and watch band link removal can be completed within a few minutes.  For our other repair services, in most cases we will be able to complete your repair in a week or less. We can complete repairs on a rush basis for an additional charge; however, please ensure to allow us enough time to perform the work.

Q: How will I know when my repair has been completed?
A: As soon as our jeweler finishes the repair it is added to our call queue. We make calls several times a day to advise our customers of completed work.
